What "DIY" actually means

True DIY = you source every component, manage shipping/lead times, install the enclosure, mount the projector, run the wiring, calibrate the system, and troubleshoot everything yourself.

It's doable. It's also a project.

What "professional" actually means

A turn-key install means you sign one contract, write one check, and someone delivers a working simulator. Typically includes:

  • Equipment procurement
  • Shell work (electrical, lighting, climate)
  • Install + calibration
  • Warranty + service relationship
